Delete your account

Applies to every ScrubsTalk account — practitioner or partner

You can delete your ScrubsTalk account yourself, permanently, at any time. No request has to be approved and nobody on our team has to act: the deletion runs the moment you confirm it.

From the app

1. Open your Profile (the last tab) and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Open Sign in & security.
3. Choose Delete account permanently.
4. Type the confirmation word the screen asks for, then confirm.

From a browser — if the app is no longer installed

The web version of ScrubsTalk is the same app with the same Settings. Open app.scrubstalk.com, sign in with the e-mail address and password of the account, and follow the four steps above. If you have forgotten the password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page first; the reset e-mail goes to the account's address.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, messages, connections and uploaded files, and cannot be undone. Your sign-in itself is deleted last, so the e-mail address can be used to create a new account later, which starts empty.

One exception, stated plainly in the Privacy Policy: answers you gave in a survey study that had already closed before you deleted your account are kept afterwards, but without your identity — the link between you and them is severed and cannot be restored — and are erased 24 months after that study closed. Answers in a study that has not closed are deleted with your account. After deletion we keep only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

If you cannot sign in

If the account's e-mail address is no longer yours and the password reset cannot reach you, write to us from any ScrubsTalk account you can open — Settings → Help & support → Contact us — and name the account to be deleted. We will need to confirm that it is yours before acting. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

ScrubsTalk is operated by Social Solutions Establishment, commercial registration 7055165174, the controller of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law.

ينطبق على كل حساب في ScrubsTalk — ممارسًا كان أو شريكًا

تستطيع حذف حسابك في ScrubsTalk بنفسك، نهائيًا، في أي وقت. لا يحتاج الأمر إلى موافقة، ولا إلى تدخّل أحد من فريقنا: يُنفَّذ الحذف لحظة تأكيدك له.

من التطبيق

1. افتح ملفك الشخصي (التبويب الأخير) ثم اضغط رمز الترس لفتح الإعدادات.
2. افتح تسجيل الدخول والأمان.
3. اختر حذف الحساب نهائيًا.
4. اكتب كلمة التأكيد التي تطلبها الشاشة، ثم أكّد.

من المتصفح — إن لم يعد التطبيق مثبَّتًا

نسخة الويب من ScrubsTalk هي التطبيق نفسه بالإعدادات نفسها. افتح app.scrubstalk.com، وسجّل الدخول ببريد الحساب وكلمة مروره، ثم اتّبع الخطوات الأربع أعلاه. وإن نسيت كلمة المرور فاستخدم نسيت كلمة المرور في صفحة تسجيل الدخول أولًا؛ تصل رسالة إعادة التعيين إلى بريد الحساب.

ما الذي يزيله الحذف

يزيل الحذف ملفك ومنشوراتك وتعليقاتك ورسائلك وارتباطاتك وملفاتك المرفوعة، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. ويُحذف حساب الدخول نفسه في النهاية، فيمكن استخدام البريد الإلكتروني لاحقًا لإنشاء حساب جديد يبدأ فارغًا.

استثناء واحد تذكره سياسة الخصوصية صراحةً: إجاباتك في دراسة استبيانية كانت قد أُغلقت قبل حذف حسابك تبقى بعد الحذف، لكن دون هويتك — يُقطع الرابط بينك وبينها قطعًا لا رجعة فيه — وتُمحى بعد 24 شهرًا من إغلاق الدراسة. أما إجاباتك في دراسة لم تُغلق بعد فتُحذف مع حسابك. وبعد الحذف لا نحتفظ إلا بما يُلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به، وللمدة التي يحدّدها.

إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول

إن لم يعد بريد الحساب ملكك ولم تصلك رسالة إعادة التعيين، فراسلنا من أي حساب في ScrubsTalk تستطيع فتحه — الإعدادات ← المساعدة والدعم ← تواصل معنا — وسمِّ الحساب المطلوب حذفه. وسنحتاج إلى التأكد من أنه حسابك قبل التصرّف. ولك كذلك أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
