Terms of Use

By creating a ScrubsTalk account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

ScrubsTalk is for licensed health practitioners registered with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. You must submit your own registration number, and it must belong to you.

Organisations, recruiters and companies do not join as members. They apply for a partner account and are admitted only after review. Paying does not grant an account; the review does.

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

Account and identity

One account per person, under your true identity and the name recorded with the Commission.
Your professional rank is taken from the Commission’s register and cannot be edited by hand. If it changes, submit a rank update request from your profile; an administrator reviews it.
Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Verification confirms that a registration number belongs to a licensed practitioner. It is not an endorsement of anyone’s competence or opinions, and we may withdraw it if the number turns out not to belong to the account holder.

Professional conduct

ScrubsTalk is a place for professional conversation between colleagues. These are its rules:

Post nothing that identifies a patient: no names, no record numbers, no unblurred faces, no scans or images carrying identifying metadata. This is the rule we enforce most strictly, and breaking it can end your account immediately.
No advertising or promotion by members. Advertising is reserved for admitted partners and is clearly labelled.
Clinical disagreement is welcome, and it is made with argument and sources, not insults. Criticise the opinion, not the person.
No harassment, defamation, or impersonation of a practitioner, an organisation or an authority.
No medical claims you know to be false or cannot support.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and publish. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, store and copy it inside the service, to the extent needed to operate it and deliver it to the members it is addressed to. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for temporary backups and whatever the law requires us to keep.

You are responsible for what you publish, and you must not post material protected by someone else’s rights without the right to share it.

Not medical advice

What is published on ScrubsTalk is professional discussion between practitioners. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace your own clinical judgement or your institution’s protocols. No patient care is provided through the service, and nothing on it may be relied on to diagnose or treat any individual patient. We do not verify the accuracy of what members post, and you remain fully responsible for the care you provide.

Moderation and appeals

Members can report content, and a moderator reviews reports. Breaches are handled in steps, according to their seriousness and repetition:

Notice.
Reduced reach for the content.
Removal of the content.
Temporary restriction of the account.
Permanent termination of the account.

We may skip steps for serious breaches, first among them publishing patient-identifying data. Where several verified members flag a post as scientifically disputed, we mark it so readers check primary sources; that mark is a signal, not a verdict.

You may appeal any moderation decision within thirty days by writing to us from inside the app: Settings → Help & support → Contact us. If your account is suspended, the same message button is on the suspended-account screen itself. The appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the decision.

Partners’ obligations

In addition to the above, a partner account is bound by the following:

No contact with practitioners outside the message requests offered in the service: no direct connection requests, and no contact through other channels using information obtained from the network.
Honest job listings and offers, and sponsored content that is clearly labelled.
No collecting or storing members’ data outside the service.
Respect for a member’s decision to switch message requests off.

A breach of any of these ends the partner account and its subscription without refund.

Fees

ScrubsTalk is free for SCFHS-registered practitioners. Premium membership is optional and is not sold inside the app. Paid plans for partners are arranged with our team after an application is accepted.

Points programme

1 point = 1 riyal inside ScrubsTalk. Points are subject to the following:

Surveys are the only source of points: points enter your wallet only when you choose to take a survey honorarium as points instead of cash, worth 25% more (for example SAR 120 in cash or 150 points). Nothing else adds points.
Points buy ScrubsTalk courses and digital products. When they do not cover the price, you pay the remaining amount only, by the payment method offered at the time.
Placing a course order holds the points it needs for 24 hours while the payment is completed. If you cancel the order, or the time passes unpaid, the held points return to your wallet.
Premium is bought by direct payment, not with points, and nothing is sold inside the app — except when your points are about to expire, when the app offers to use them for Premium so you do not lose them.
Points cannot be cashed out, transferred or refunded. Returning held points to your wallet is a released hold, not a refund, and never exceeds what was held.
Points expire 12 months after they were earned; we warn you inside the app 30 days before. Spending uses your points closest to expiry first, and expired points cannot be spent from the moment they expire.

Points are not money and not a means of payment, and cannot be used outside ScrubsTalk. We may change the programme in future with prior notice inside the app.

Premium membership

Premium is an optional membership for practitioners. It unlocks full profiles beyond your 1st-degree connections, messaging beyond your 1st degree, who viewed your profile, applicant insights on job postings, the AI writing assistant, an open profile any member can message, and an optional badge.

Premium runs in periods of 30 days, and its price is stated to you before it is activated.

Nothing is sold inside the app. During the pilot the ScrubsTalk team activates Premium for a member. Points buy Premium only when they are about to expire, at the points price your wallet shows at that moment, and points spent on Premium are not refunded.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Sign in & security. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or whose identity or licence turns out to be incorrect. The provisions on content, liability and governing law survive termination.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For any material change we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

Contact

ScrubsTalk is operated by Social Solutions Establishment, a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (commercial registration 7055165174), which is the party responsible for the service under these terms.

During the pilot there is no checkout on this website. Premium and partner plans are activated by the ScrubsTalk team — write to us from inside the app (Settings → Help & support → Contact us), and organisations can request a quote. This note describes how this website works today. It is not part of the Terms, it is not covered by the last-updated date above, and it is not something you agree to.

بإنشائك حسابًا في ScrubsTalk فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإن لم توافق عليها فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

الأهلية

ScrubsTalk مخصص للممارسين الصحيين المرخَّصين والمسجَّلين لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية. عليك أن تقدّم رقم تسجيلك أنت، وأن يكون عائدًا لك.

المنشآت وجهات التوظيف والشركات لا تنضم أعضاءً، بل تتقدّم بطلب حساب شريك، ولا تُقبل إلا بعد مراجعة. الدفع لا يمنح حسابًا؛ المراجعة هي التي تمنحه.

الخدمة غير موجَّهة لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة.

الحساب والهوية

حساب واحد لكل شخص، وبهويته الحقيقية واسمه كما هو مسجَّل لدى الهيئة.
رتبتك المهنية تُؤخذ من سجل الهيئة ولا تُعدَّل يدويًا. إن تغيّرت، فقدّم طلب تحديث رتبة من ملفك، ويراجعه المشرف.
احتفظ بكلمة مرورك لنفسك؛ أنت مسؤول عمّا يجري تحت حسابك، وأبلغنا إن ظننتَ أن أحدًا غيرك وصل إليه.
التوثيق يؤكد أن رقم التسجيل يعود لممارس مرخَّص، وليس تزكية لكفاءة أحد أو آرائه. وقد نسحبه إن تبيّن أن الرقم لا يعود لصاحب الحساب.

السلوك المهني

ScrubsTalk مكان لحديث مهني بين زملاء، وهذه قواعده:

لا تنشر أي معلومة تُعرّف بمريض: لا أسماء، ولا أرقام ملفات، ولا وجوه غير مطموسة، ولا صور أو أشعة تحمل بيانات تعريفية. هذه أشدّ قواعدنا، ومخالفتها قد تنهي حسابك فورًا.
لا إعلان ولا ترويج من الأعضاء. الإعلان مقصور على الشركاء المعتمدين، ويكون موسومًا بوضوح.
الاختلاف السريري مرحَّب به، ويكون بالحجة والمصدر لا بالتجريح. انتقد الرأي لا صاحبه.
لا تحرّش ولا تشهير ولا انتحال لصفة ممارس أو منشأة أو جهة رسمية.
لا ادعاءات طبية تعرف أنها غير صحيحة أو لا تستطيع دعمها.

محتواك

ملكية ما تكتبه وتنشره تبقى لك. وتمنحنا ترخيصًا غير حصري بعرضه وتخزينه ونسخه داخل الخدمة، بالقدر اللازم لتشغيلها وإيصاله إلى الأعضاء المقصودين به. ينتهي هذا الترخيص بحذف المحتوى أو الحساب، باستثناء النسخ الاحتياطية المؤقتة وما يُلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به.

أنت مسؤول عمّا تنشره، وعليك ألا تنشر محتوى محميًا بحقوق غيرك دون حق في مشاركته.

ليست استشارة طبية

ما يُنشر في ScrubsTalk نقاش مهني بين ممارسين. ليس استشارة طبية، ولا يغني عن حكمك السريري ولا عن بروتوكولات منشأتك. لا تُقدَّم رعاية للمرضى عبر الخدمة، ولا يجوز الاعتماد على ما فيها في تشخيص أو علاج مريض بعينه. نحن لا نتحقق من صحة ما ينشره الأعضاء، وتبقى المسؤولية الكاملة عن الرعاية التي تقدّمها عليك وحدك.

الإشراف والتظلّم

يستطيع الأعضاء الإبلاغ عن المحتوى، ويراجع المشرف البلاغات. تُعالج المخالفات بالتدرج، بحسب جسامتها وتكرارها:

تنبيه.
تقليل انتشار المحتوى.
إزالة المحتوى.
تقييد مؤقت للحساب.
إنهاء دائم للحساب.

قد نتجاوز درجات السلّم في المخالفات الجسيمة، وعلى رأسها نشر بيانات تُعرّف بمريض. وحين يُبلّغ عدة أعضاء موثَّقين عن منشور بوصفه محلّ خلاف علمي، نضع عليه علامة تنبّه القارئ للرجوع إلى المصادر الأصلية؛ وهي إشارة لا حكم.

يمكنك التظلّم من أي قرار إشرافي خلال ثلاثين يومًا بمراسلتنا من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← المساعدة والدعم ← تواصل معنا. وإن كان حسابك موقوفًا فزرّ المراسلة معروض في شاشة الحساب الموقوف نفسها. ويراجع التظلّم شخص غير الذي اتخذ القرار.

التزامات الشركاء

يخضع حساب الشريك، إضافةً إلى ما سبق، لما يلي:

لا تواصل مع الممارسين خارج طلبات الرسائل المتاحة في الخدمة؛ فلا طلبات ارتباط مباشرة، ولا تواصل عبر قنوات أخرى بمعلومات حصل عليها من الشبكة.
قوائم وظائف وعروض صادقة، ومحتوى مموَّل موسوم بوضوح.
لا جمع لبيانات الأعضاء ولا حفظها خارج الخدمة.
احترام قرار العضو بإيقاف طلبات الرسائل.

الإخلال بأيٍّ من ذلك يُنهي حساب الشريك واشتراكه دون استرداد.

الرسوم

ScrubsTalk مجاني للممارسين المسجَّلين لدى الهيئة. عضوية بريميوم اختيارية ولا تُباع داخل التطبيق. الباقات المدفوعة للشركاء تُرتَّب مع فريقنا بعد قبول الطلب.

برنامج النقاط

النقطة = ريال واحد داخل ScrubsTalk. وتخضع النقاط لما يلي:

المصدر الوحيد للنقاط هو الاستبيانات: تدخل النقاط محفظتك فقط عندما تختار أخذ مكافأة الاستبيان نقاطًا بدلًا من النقد، بقيمة أعلى بنسبة 25% (مثلًا 120 ريالًا نقدًا أو 150 نقطة). لا شيء آخر يضيف نقاطًا.
تشتري النقاط دورات ScrubsTalk ومنتجاتها الرقمية. وإن لم تغطِّ النقاط السعر دفعت المبلغ المتبقي وحده بطريقة الدفع المتاحة حينها.
عند إنشاء طلب دورة تُحجز النقاط اللازمة له أربعًا وعشرين ساعة ريثما يكتمل الدفع. فإن ألغيت الطلب أو انقضت المهلة دون دفع عاد المحجوز إلى محفظتك.
بريميوم تُشترى بدفع مباشر لا بالنقاط، ولا يُباع شيء داخل التطبيق — إلا عندما تكون نقاطك على وشك الانتهاء، فعندها يعرض عليك التطبيق استخدامها في بريميوم حتى لا تخسرها.
النقاط غير قابلة للصرف نقدًا ولا للتحويل ولا للاسترداد. وإعادة نقاط محجوزة إلى محفظتك رفعُ حجز لا استرداد، ولا يتجاوز ما حُجز.
تنتهي صلاحية النقاط بعد 12 شهرًا من كسبها، ونُنبّهك داخل التطبيق قبل انتهائها بثلاثين يومًا. ويُستهلك عند الصرف أقدم نقاطك انتهاءً أولًا، وما انتهت صلاحيته لا يُصرف من لحظة انتهائه.

النقاط ليست نقودًا ولا وسيلة دفع، ولا تُستخدم خارج ScrubsTalk. ولنا أن نعدّل البرنامج مستقبلًا بإشعار مسبق داخل التطبيق.

عضوية بريميوم

بريميوم عضوية اختيارية للممارسين تتيح: الملفات الكاملة خارج دائرتك الأولى، ومراسلة الأعضاء خارجها، ومعرفة من زار ملفك، ومؤشرات المتقدمين على الوظائف، ومساعد الكتابة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وملفًا مفتوحًا يراسلك منه أي عضو، وشارة اختيارية.

تعمل بريميوم بمدد من 30 يومًا، وتُبلَّغ بسعرها قبل تفعيلها.

لا يُباع شيء داخل التطبيق. وفي المرحلة التجريبية يفعّل فريق ScrubsTalk بريميوم للعضو. أمّا النقاط فلا تُشترى بها بريميوم إلا عندما تكون على وشك الانتهاء، وبسعر النقاط المعروض في محفظتك عندها؛ والنقاط المصروفة على بريميوم لا تُسترد.

إنهاء الحساب

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← تسجيل الدخول والأمان. ولنا أن نوقف أو ننهي أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، أو يتبيّن أن هويته أو رخصته غير صحيحة. تبقى الأحكام المتعلقة بالمحتوى والمسؤولية والقانون الواجب التطبيق سارية بعد الإنهاء.

توفّر الخدمة

تُقدَّم الخدمة كما هي. لا نَعِد بأنها ستعمل دون انقطاع أو أخطاء، وقد نغيّر مزاياها أو نوقف بعضها. ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة تنشأ عن استخدام الخدمة، في حدود ما يجيزه النظام.

القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص جهاتها القضائية بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

التغييرات على الشروط

قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. عند أي تغيير جوهري سنخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التغيير يعني قبولك له.

التواصل

تُشغّل ScrubsTalk مؤسسة الحلول الاجتماعية (Social Solutions Establishment)، وهي مؤسسة تجارية مسجّلة في المملكة العربية السعودية بالسجل التجاري رقم 7055165174، وهي الطرف المسؤول عن الخدمة بموجب هذه الشروط.

خلال التجربة لا توجد صفحة دفع على هذا الموقع، ويفعّل فريق ScrubsTalk بريميوم وباقات الشركاء — راسلنا من داخل التطبيق (الإعدادات ← المساعدة والدعم ← تواصل معنا)، وللمنشآت أن تطلب عرضًا. وهذه الملاحظة تصف طريقة عمل الموقع اليوم، وليست جزءًا من الشروط، ولا يشملها تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه، وليست مما توافق عليه.
