A question about your account, a problem with the app, a report, or a request about your personal data: this is how to reach the ScrubsTalk team.

From the app — the quickest way

1. Open your Profile (the last tab) and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Open Help & support.
3. Choose Contact us, write your message and send it.

Your message reaches the ScrubsTalk team with your account attached, and the answer comes back inside the app. If the app is no longer installed, the web version at app.scrubstalk.com has the same Settings.

من التطبيق — أسرع طريق

1. افتح ملفك الشخصي (التبويب الأخير) ثم اضغط رمز الترس لفتح الإعدادات.
2. افتح المساعدة والدعم.
3. اختر تواصل معنا، واكتب رسالتك وأرسلها.

تصل رسالتك إلى فريق ScrubsTalk مقرونةً بحسابك، ويأتيك الرد داخل التطبيق. وإن لم يعد التطبيق مثبَّتًا فنسخة الويب على app.scrubstalk.com تحمل الإعدادات نفسها.

بالبريد الإلكتروني

إن تعذّر عليك تسجيل الدخول، أو لم يكن لديك حساب، فراسلنا على:

When your message is about an account, write from that account's e-mail address so we can tell it is yours. Never send a password, and never send anything that identifies a patient.

When we answer

We answer messages within two working days. Reports of content or of a member, made with Report in the app, are reviewed within 24 hours.

Your account and your data

• Delete your account — from the app, from a browser, or by asking us; and what is kept afterwards.
• Privacy Policy — what we collect, who sees it, and your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law.
• Terms of Use.

You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

ScrubsTalk is operated by Social Solutions Company, commercial registration 7055165174, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ScrubsTalk is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties; our team checks a practitioner’s SCFHS number against the Commission’s register to verify their registration.

إن كانت رسالتك عن حساب، فاكتبها من البريد المسجّل في ذلك الحساب لنعرف أنه حسابك. ولا ترسل كلمة مرور أبدًا، ولا أي معلومة تُعرّف بمريض.

متى نرد

نرد على الرسائل خلال يومَي عمل. أما البلاغات عن محتوى أو عضو، عبر زر إبلاغ في التطبيق، فنراجعها خلال 24 ساعة.

حسابك وبياناتك

• حذف حسابك — من التطبيق، أو من المتصفح، أو بطلب منك؛ وما الذي يبقى بعده.
• سياسة الخصوصية — ما نجمعه، ومن يطّلع عليه، وحقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.
• شروط الاستخدام.

ولك كذلك أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

تُشغّل ScrubsTalk شركة سوشيال سلوشنز، السجل التجاري 7055165174، المملكة العربية السعودية. ScrubsTalk خدمة مستقلة، غير تابعة للهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية ولا معتمدة منها؛ ويطابق فريقنا رقم الممارس لدى الهيئة مع سجلها للتحقق من تسجيله.
