Privacy Policy

ScrubsTalk is a professional network for practitioners licensed by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to meet the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What we collect

We collect what a trusted professional network needs to run, and no more:

• Your name, e-mail address and password, to create and secure your account.
• Your SCFHS registration or membership number, to verify your licence.
• Your specialty, professional rank, workplace and region, and whatever you add to your profile, such as a bio and a photo.
• Your phone number, only if you choose to add it, and only for notifications you switch on.
• What you publish: posts, comments, messages, reactions and reports.
• Device and usage data: device type and technical logs that help us run and protect the service.

Usage analytics

To know whether the network is working and to improve the app, we record thirteen named events — in our own database, never through a third-party analytics service — and nothing else:

• Opening the app, and which screen is shown.
• Starting and completing sign-up; starting and submitting verification.
• Editing your profile, creating a post, liking a post, opening a digest item.
• Sending a connection request, sending a message, sending feedback.

An event carries only identifiers and short codes: the post ID, the screen name, the platform and the app version. Never the text you wrote, and never whom you messaged or connected with — the database itself rejects any other value.

Nothing is recorded before you accept the current version of this policy, and we keep the version you accepted and the time. Only ScrubsTalk administrators can read this data.

Raw events are deleted after 12 months and your record of active days after 24 months; only aggregate counts that identify nobody remain.

You can withdraw your consent at any time from Settings → Visibility & data privacy → Withdraw consent to usage analytics: recording stops immediately, what was collected about you is deleted, and you keep using the app as before.

Alongside these, we record crash reports — the error type, its message, where in the code it happened, the screen and the app version, scrubbed of e-mail addresses, long runs of digits and the query part of any link, and keyed to your account id — to keep the service working. They are not covered by your consent to usage analytics; the link to your account is removed when you delete it, and the reports are deleted after 90 days.

Since 5 September 2026 we also derive, when the app is opened, the country and approximate city it was opened from, using the connection address — for analytics and research, and to know where the app is actually used. We keep only the city and country, never the address itself; nothing of it is shown to any other member; the daily record is deleted after 90 days. Withdrawing your consent to usage analytics stops this too.

Verification

We use your SCFHS registration number and your name to verify your licence against the register of the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, and to keep your professional rank accurate to what is recorded there. We may ask you for supporting documents where needed.

Your registration number is never shown to other members or to partners.

Verification is manual today: an administrator checks your registration number and your e-mail against the register. At official launch it moves to the Commission’s own service.

What other members see

Your name, photo, bio, specialty, rank, workplace and region are visible to verified members of the network.

Your SCFHS registration number, phone number, e-mail address and settings are not. They are readable only by you. This is enforced in the database itself, not only in the app. Anything you write into your own bio is public like the rest of your bio.

Who viewed your profile

When you open another member’s profile, your name appears in their “who viewed my profile” list if they hold Premium. Members without Premium see only your specialty and professional rank, never your name or photo. Opening your own profile records nothing.

AI writing assistant

Only when you use the AI writing assistant, the text you type into it is sent to a third-party AI service provider (on servers outside Saudi Arabia) to generate a draft. That text is not used to train models, and nothing else from your account is sent.

Never enter patient-identifying information into the assistant.

What partners can and cannot see

Partners are organisations admitted after review. They see what any verified member sees: your name, specialty, rank and workplace.

They never see your phone number, e-mail address or SCFHS registration number, and we never pass any of these to them.

A partner can reach you only through message requests, which are capped in number and which you can switch off entirely under Settings → Privacy.

Your photos and posts

The text and images you publish are your responsibility. They must contain no patient-identifying data: no names, no record numbers, no unblurred faces, no scans or images carrying identifying metadata. The app offers a blur tool before publishing; using it is up to you.

When we disclose your information

We do not sell your data, we do not use it to train models, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We may access, preserve and share your information, including your SCFHS registration number, if we determine it is reasonably necessary to:

• comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process or a request from a competent governmental or regulatory authority;
• investigate suspected fraudulent, harmful, unethical or illegal activity; or
• protect the rights, safety and property of ScrubsTalk, our members or the public.

Who processes data on our behalf

We rely on a small number of providers to run the service, and each receives only what its role needs:

• Supabase: hosting, database and authentication.
• Resend: your e-mail address and the notification text, if you turn e-mail notifications on.
• Meta (WhatsApp Business): your phone number and the notification text, if you turn WhatsApp notifications on.
• A third-party AI service provider: the text you type into the AI writing assistant, only when you use it.

External notification channels are off unless you switch them on, and switching one off stops the transfer.

Administrator access

Administrators work with the least access their task requires. A private field such as a registration number or a phone number is revealed only for a specific purpose, such as reviewing a verification or a report, and every reveal is logged with who looked, when and why.

Retention and deletion

We keep your profile and content while your account exists. You can delete your account permanently from inside the app: Settings → Sign in & security → Delete account. The same Settings are in the web version at app.scrubstalk.com, so you do not need the app installed. Deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, messages, connections and uploaded files, and cannot be undone.

Survey answers carry one exception, and we state it plainly: answers you gave in a study that had already closed before you deleted your account are kept afterwards, but without your identity — the link between you and them is severed and cannot be restored — because that study's figures were already delivered to the sponsor, and if they moved when a member left, the difference would be that one member's answers. Those answers are erased 24 months after the study closed. Answers in a study that has not closed are deleted with your account. The survey consent document has the detail.

After deletion we keep only what the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and access to it is restricted per row and per column inside the database. Verification documents, where they exist, are stored in a private space that only you and an authorised administrator can read.

Your rights under the Personal Data Protection Law

The Personal Data Protection Law gives you rights we honour:

• To access your data and receive a copy of it.
• To correct it; most of it is editable directly in the app.
• To delete it, by deleting your account from inside the app — except answers given in a survey study that has closed, which stay with your identity removed until they are erased 24 months after that study closed (see "Retention and deletion").
• To withdraw consent to any notification channel, or to usage analytics, at any time from Settings.
• To complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

Eligibility

ScrubsTalk is for licensed practitioners and admitted organisations, and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For any material change we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect, and the date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

ScrubsTalk is operated by Social Solutions Establishment, a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (commercial registration 7055165174), which is the controller of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law.

For questions, requests or complaints about privacy, write to us from inside the app: Settings → Help & support → Contact us. Your message reaches the ScrubsTalk administrators directly and is answered inside the app. The web version at app.scrubstalk.com has the same Settings, so you do not need the app installed to reach us. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

سياسة الخصوصية

ScrubsTalk شبكة مهنية للممارسين الصحيين المرخَّصين من الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات، ولماذا، ومن يطّلع عليها، وما الذي يحق لك طلبه بشأنها. وقد كُتبت وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

ما الذي نجمعه

نجمع ما يلزم لتشغيل شبكة مهنية موثوقة، لا أكثر:

• الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور، لإنشاء حسابك وحمايته.
• رقم التسجيل أو العضوية لدى الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، للتحقق من رخصتك.
• التخصص والرتبة المهنية وجهة العمل والمنطقة، وما تضيفه إلى ملفك من نبذة وصورة.
• رقم الجوال، إن اخترت إضافته، وللإشعارات التي تفعّلها بنفسك فقط.
• ما تنشره: المنشورات والتعليقات والرسائل والتفاعلات والبلاغات.
• بيانات الجهاز والاستخدام: نوع الجهاز، وسجلات تقنية تساعدنا على تشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.

بيانات الاستخدام

لنعرف ما إذا كانت الشبكة تؤدي عملها ونحسّن التطبيق، نسجّل داخل قاعدة بياناتنا نحن — لا عبر أي خدمة تحليلات خارجية — ثلاثة عشر حدثًا مسمًّى لا غير:

• فتح التطبيق، والشاشة المعروضة.
• بدء التسجيل وإتمامه، وبدء طلب التوثيق وإرساله.
• تعديل الملف، ونشر منشور، والإعجاب بمنشور، وفتح مادة من النشرة.
• إرسال طلب تواصل، وإرسال رسالة، وإرسال ملاحظة.

لا يحمل الحدث إلا معرّفات ورموزًا قصيرة: معرّف المنشور، واسم الشاشة، ونوع المنصة، وإصدار التطبيق. لا نصّ ما كتبته، ولا مع من تراسلت أو تواصلت — قاعدة البيانات نفسها ترفض أي قيمة أخرى.

لا يُسجَّل شيء قبل موافقتك على النسخة الحالية من هذه السياسة، ونحفظ رقم النسخة التي وافقت عليها ووقت الموافقة. ولا يطّلع على هذه البيانات إلا مشرفو ScrubsTalk.

تُحذف الأحداث الخام بعد 12 شهرًا، وسجل أيام نشاطك بعد 24 شهرًا، ولا يبقى بعدها إلا أرقام إجمالية لا تدل على شخص.

يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← الظهور وخصوصية البيانات ← سحب الموافقة على بيانات الاستخدام: يتوقف التسجيل فورًا ويُحذف ما جُمع عنك، وتستمر في استخدام التطبيق كالمعتاد.

إلى جانب ذلك نسجّل تقارير الأعطال — نوع الخطأ ونصّه وموضعه في الشيفرة والشاشة وإصدار التطبيق، بعد حذف عناوين البريد وسلاسل الأرقام الطويلة وما يلي علامة الاستفهام في أي رابط، مقرونةً بمعرّف حسابك — لإبقاء الخدمة تعمل. لا تشملها موافقتك على بيانات الاستخدام؛ ويُفصل الرابط بينها وبين حسابك عند حذفه، وتُحذف التقارير بعد 90 يومًا.

ومنذ 5 سبتمبر 2026 نستنتج من عنوان الاتصال، عند فتح التطبيق، الدولة والمدينة التقريبية التي فُتح منها — لأغراض التحليل والدراسة ولمعرفة أين يُستخدم التطبيق فعليًا. نحفظ اسم المدينة والدولة فقط ولا نحفظ عنوان الاتصال نفسه، ولا يُعرض ذلك لأي عضو آخر، ويُحذف السجل اليومي بعد 90 يومًا. وسحب موافقتك على بيانات الاستخدام يوقف هذا أيضًا.

التحقق من الرخصة

نستخدم رقم تسجيلك لدى الهيئة واسمك للتحقق من رخصتك في سجل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية، وللإبقاء على رتبتك المهنية مطابقة لما هو مسجَّل فيه. وقد نطلب منك مستندات داعمة عند الحاجة.

رقم التسجيل لا يُعرض لبقية الأعضاء ولا للشركاء في أي حال.

التحقق اليوم يدوي: رقم التسجيل وبريدك الإلكتروني يراجعهما مشرف مقابل سجل الهيئة. وعند الإطلاق الرسمي يتم التحقق عبر خدمة الهيئة نفسها.

ما يراه بقية الأعضاء

اسمك وصورتك ونبذتك وتخصصك ورتبتك وجهة عملك ومنطقتك ظاهرة للأعضاء الموثَّقين في الشبكة.

أمّا رقم تسجيلك لدى الهيئة، ورقم جوالك، وبريدك الإلكتروني، وإعداداتك، فلا يراها أحد غيرك. هذا مفروض في قاعدة البيانات نفسها لا في التطبيق فقط. وما تكتبه في نبذتك بنفسك يكون علنيًا كبقية النبذة.

من زار ملفك

عند فتحك ملف عضو آخر، يظهر اسمك في قائمة «من زار ملفي» لدى صاحب الملف إن كان مشتركًا في بريميوم. أمّا غير المشتركين فيرون تخصصك ورتبتك المهنية فقط، دون اسمك أو صورتك. ولا يُسجَّل شيء عند فتحك ملفك أنت.

مساعد الكتابة بالذكاء الاصطناعي

إن استخدمت مساعد الكتابة، وفي تلك الحالة فقط، يُرسل النص الذي تكتبه داخل المساعد إلى مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي (على خوادم خارج المملكة العربية السعودية) لإنتاج مسودة. لا يُستخدم هذا النص في تدريب النماذج، ولا يُرسل أي شيء آخر من حسابك.

لا تُدخل في المساعد أبدًا أي معلومة تُعرّف بمريض.

ما يراه الشركاء وما لا يرونه

الشركاء منشآت وجهات قُبلت بعد مراجعة. يرون من ملفك ما يراه أي عضو موثَّق: اسمك وتخصصك ورتبتك وجهة عملك.

لا يرون رقم جوالك ولا بريدك الإلكتروني ولا رقم تسجيلك لدى الهيئة أبدًا، ولا نمرّر أيًّا منها إليهم.

لا يستطيع الشريك مراسلتك إلا عبر طلبات الرسائل، وهي محدودة العدد، ويمكنك إيقافها كليًا من الإعدادات ← الخصوصية.

صورك ومنشوراتك

ما تنشره من نصوص وصور مسؤوليتك أنت. يجب ألا يحتوي على أي بيانات تُعرّف بمريض: لا أسماء، ولا أرقام ملفات، ولا وجوه غير مطموسة، ولا صور أو أشعة تحمل بيانات تعريفية. يوفّر التطبيق أداة تمويه قبل النشر، واستخدامها مسؤوليتك.

متى نفصح عن بياناتك

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في تدريب نماذج، ولا نشاركها مع المعلنين.

قد نطّلع على معلوماتك ونحتفظ بها ونشاركها، بما في ذلك رقم تسجيلك لدى الهيئة، إذا رأينا أن ذلك ضروري بصورة معقولة من أجل:

• الامتثال لنظام أو لائحة أو إجراء قانوني معمول به، أو لطلب من جهة حكومية أو تنظيمية مختصة؛
• التحقيق في نشاط يُشتبه في أنه احتيالي أو ضار أو مخالف للأخلاق المهنية أو للنظام؛
• حماية حقوق ScrubsTalk وأعضائها والجمهور وسلامتهم وممتلكاتهم.

من يعالج بياناتك نيابةً عنّا

نعتمد على مزوّدين محدودين لتشغيل الخدمة، ولا يصل إلى كلٍّ منهم إلا ما يلزم لدوره:

• Supabase: الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والمصادقة.
• Resend: بريدك ونص الإشعار، إن فعّلت إشعارات البريد.
• Meta (واتساب للأعمال): رقم جوالك ونص الإشعار، إن فعّلت إشعارات واتساب.
• مزوّد خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجي: النص الذي تكتبه في مساعد الكتابة، عند استخدامه فقط.

قنوات الإشعار الخارجية مغلقة ما لم تفتحها بنفسك، وإغلاق أي منها يوقف الإرسال إليها.

وصول المشرفين

يعمل المشرفون بأقل صلاحية تكفي لمهمتهم. الاطلاع على أي بيان خاص، كرقم التسجيل أو رقم الجوال، لا يتم إلا لغرض محدد، كمراجعة التوثيق أو بلاغ، ويُسجَّل كل اطلاع باسم المشرف ووقته وسببه.

مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بملفك ومحتواك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. ويمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← تسجيل الدخول والأمان ← حذف الحساب. والإعدادات نفسها موجودة في نسخة الويب على app.scrubstalk.com، فلا تحتاج إلى التطبيق مثبَّتًا. يزيل الحذف ملفك ومنشوراتك وتعليقاتك ورسائلك وارتباطاتك وملفاتك المرفوعة، ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

ولإجابات الاستبيانات استثناء واحد نذكره صراحةً: إجاباتك في دراسة كانت قد أُغلقت قبل حذف حسابك تبقى بعد الحذف، لكن دون هويتك — يُقطع الرابط بينك وبينها قطعًا لا رجعة فيه — لأن أرقام تلك الدراسة سُلِّمت إلى الجهة الطالبة، ولو تحرّكت بخروج عضو لدلّ فرقُها على ما أجاب به هو وحده. وتُمحى تلك الإجابات بعد 24 شهرًا من إغلاق الدراسة. أما إجاباتك في دراسة لم تُغلق بعد فتُحذف مع حسابك. التفصيل في وثيقة موافقة الاستبيانات.

بعد الحذف لا نحتفظ إلا بما يُلزمنا النظام بالاحتفاظ به، وللمدة التي يحدّدها.

الأمان

البيانات مشفَّرة أثناء النقل، والوصول إليها مقيَّد على مستوى الصف والعمود داخل قاعدة البيانات. وثائق التوثيق، حيث وُجدت، محفوظة في مساحة خاصة لا يقرؤها إلا أنت والمشرف المخوَّل.

حقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية

يكفل لك نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية حقوقًا نلتزم بها:

• الاطلاع على بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.
• تصحيحها؛ وأغلبها قابل للتعديل داخل التطبيق مباشرة.
• حذفها، عبر حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق — عدا إجابات استبيان في دراسة أُغلقت، فتبقى بعد إزالة هويتك عنها حتى تُمحى بعد 24 شهرًا من إغلاقها (انظر «مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف»).
• سحب موافقتك على أي قناة إشعار، أو على بيانات الاستخدام، في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
• التقدّم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).

الأهلية

ScrubsTalk مخصص للممارسين المرخَّصين والمنشآت المعتمدة، وغير موجَّه لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند أي تغيير جوهري سنخبرك داخل التطبيق قبل سريانه، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

التواصل

تُشغّل ScrubsTalk مؤسسة الحلول الاجتماعية (Social Solutions Establishment)، وهي مؤسسة تجارية مسجّلة في المملكة العربية السعودية بالسجل التجاري رقم 7055165174، وهي الجهة المتحكمة في بياناتك الشخصية بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية.

للأسئلة أو الطلبات أو الشكاوى المتعلقة بالخصوصية راسلنا من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← المساعدة والدعم ← تواصل معنا. تصل رسالتك إلى مشرفي ScrubsTalk مباشرةً ويردّون عليك داخل التطبيق. ونسخة الويب على app.scrubstalk.com تحمل الإعدادات نفسها، فلا تحتاج إلى التطبيق مثبَّتًا للوصول إلينا. ولك كذلك أن تتقدّم بشكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
